Why is this 3rd Party SMTP Service not free on all hosting and SEO Packages?

That’s a completely fair question. Standard email sending via our hosting server is already active on your website. Services like SMTP2GO offer an extra layer of dedicated delivery monitoring, but there are a few key reasons we don’t route client sites through a shared free account:

1. Reputation Protection: Free SMTP2GO plans do not support isolated sub-accounts. If one website on a shared account were ever compromised or accidentally flagged for spam, it would immediately disrupt email delivery for every other client site linked to that account.
2. Dedicated Sub-Accounts: To safely manage third-party SMTP across multiple clients, an enterprise tier with individual sub-accounts is required. Because of these infrastructure costs, dedicated SMTP management is bundled into our higher-tier fully managed packages (£250+/mo), whereas standard plans rely on our primary server mail routing (which already includes full backups, security, and optimization).
