Keeping spam emails out of your inbox is an ongoing battle but, armed with some special tools, you can keep on top of it. I assume you have pretty good protection with a service such as Google Mail to filter out the usual culprits directly targetting your email address. If you are still struggling along with a high level of spam coming into your free email inbox consider upgrading to a better email service such as Google or Microsoft. They are pretty good at policing the usual crap coming into your email box. Ones that slip by can be moved to the Spam Folder and your email account will learn to deal with it in future by treating it as Spam if it comes from the same source. If you have a WordPress website and contact form, adding a service called CleanTalk will reduce your incoming spam dramatically.
