Drop shadows are a simple way to help your images stand out. Using graphic design tool Adobe Fireworks, we increase the size of the canvas by about 20 percent, add a drop shadow, adjust using the tone, fade and width adjustments, trim off any excess with the crop tool, export as 32 PNG files for overlaying on to other images to allow the background to show through the shadow area. Finish off by adding ALT tags and link to a relevant page.
