For up to 3 users, the Insightly CRM system is the one of best FREE CRM tools we have come across for small businesses (up to three people). If you need more users, you can upgrade to the Basic level account at $15 (£10) a month per user but, if you are in the market for a paid CRM account, we would recommend shopping around and looking at Capsule CRM or even the WorkFlow Max CRM add on as part of the Xero suite of tools.
